1. Subscription Plans

Enpesa offers the following subscription plans:

  • Free Monthly Plan: Users can access limited services for free each month.
  • Premium Plans: Users can subscribe to our premium plans for full access to advanced services and features. Upon subscribing to a premium plan, users receive credits, which can be used to access our services.

2. Refunds

2.1 No Refunds on Free Plans

The free monthly plan is provided without charge. As a result, there are no refund or compensation options for users on this plan.

2.2 Refunds for Premium Plans

Refunds for premium plans are generally not provided unless there are exceptional circumstances, which include:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to our services for an extended period, and we are unable to resolve them.
  • Billing errors, such as accidental double charges or incorrect pricing.

In such cases, please contact our support team at contact@enpesa.com within 14 days of the issue occurring. We will assess the situation and determine if a refund is warranted.

2.3 Exceptions to Refund Policy

In situations where a user has breached our Terms of Service, refunds will not be provided. Users terminated due to policy violations are not eligible for any compensation or refund of unused credits.


3. Credit-Based Compensation

3.1 Credit Replenishment

If there is an issue with the service you have paid for, such as downtime, errors in processing, or any disruption that impacts your ability to use Enpesa's services, we offer compensation in the form of credit replenishment. This compensation is credited to your account based on the issue's severity, as determined by our support team.

To request compensation for service disruptions, please email us at contact@enpesa.com with details of the issue. Our team will investigate the problem and apply appropriate credits to your account, if applicable.

3.2 Use of Credits

Credits replenished to your account can be used for future access to Enpesa's services. These credits cannot be converted into monetary refunds, transferred, or used for any purpose outside of Enpesa.


4. Billing Errors

If you believe there has been a billing error, such as being charged incorrectly or receiving an incorrect amount of credits, please contact us at contact@enpesa.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and correct any errors by either:

  • Replenishing the correct amount of credits to your account.
  • Issuing a refund if the situation qualifies under Section 2.2 of this Refund Policy.

5. Subscription Cancellations

5.1 Canceling Premium Subscriptions

Users may cancel their premium subscriptions at any time. Canceling a subscription will prevent future charges but does not entitle the user to a refund for the remaining subscription period. Users will retain access to their account and any remaining credits until the end of the billing cycle.

To cancel a subscription, follow the instructions provided in your account settings or contact us at contact@enpesa.com.

5.2 Automatic Renewal

Unless canceled, premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Refunds for auto-renewal charges are generally not provided unless there is a billing error.

  • Full name associated with your account
  • Email address used for the subscription
  • Detailed explanation of the issue and why you are requesting a refund or credit
  • Relevant screenshots or documentation to support your claim

Enpesa reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date."
